We want you to love your Tolia bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return: Contact us at (206) 498-6147 or through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items: Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days may not be eligible.
